Chas Senic | General Manager

I am Chas Senic, the General Manager here at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Wine Country. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years after realizing that Civil Engineering wasn't exciting enough! I started my hotel career as a Chef after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. I have lived in 12 cities and eight states (PA, NY, GA, NC, FL, VA, CA and AL). I relocated to Temecula in March 2014 from Atlanta. I couldn't ask for more from a great area to live in. The weather is amazing! I have enjoyed the many wineries in Temecula with each creating its own experience. We also have the Polo club, and if you've never experience a Polo match, put it on your bucket list! There's nothing like the sound of horses running, and you get to "stomp the divots" at halftime. I don't "enjoy" the plethora of shopping in Temecula, but if you do, we have lots of great shops for you! I do, however, enjoy the food scene here and am trying new restaurants all the time. If you have found a good one, tell me about it and I will give it a try! I spend my time off with my wife of 30 years, Roleen, and my son, Nik. My daughter still lives in Atlanta. We are currently renovating our house, so that keeps me very busy.

I have spent over 17 years in the hospitality industry and relocated to Temecula just a few years ago. I like spending my downtime with my husband and daughter in Old Town Temecula shopping at the various boutiques and dining at some of our favorite family owned restaurants. I'm an avid runner and I love to go to MLB, NCAA, and NFL sporting events.

I live in Murrieta, CA with my beautiful wife Wendy and our youngest son Micah. I am the chief engineer at Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula and have been here about six and a half years. I've worked in engineering departments at various hotels for eighteen years. I love living and working in southern California. The weather is great, the landscape is gorgeous, and I ride my motorcycle all over the place. If I'm not riding one, I'm usually in the garage working on one. I'm not much for the night life anymore, or even fine dining. I'm perfectly content spending my evenings at home with my family and maybe some good friends. I like Mexican food and down home cooking like Richie's Diner in Murrieta.

I am the Human Resources Coordinator at our hotel. Originally from Puerto Rico and moved to SoCal a couple of years ago. My family decided to move to Temecula from Oceanside after my husband served in the military for 4 years and we fell in love with this beautiful town. Before starting my journey in the hospitality industry I was a Dental Office Manager. It is a gratifying experience working in this industry. Having the opportunity to meet new people and interact with our guests on a daily basis is simply amazing. Being in Human Resources is a learning experience that I enjoy everyday. I absolutely love playing tennis, spending time with my family and going to the gym regularly.

I am the Human Resources Coordinator at our hotel. Originally from Puerto Rico and moved to SoCal a couple of years ago. My family decided to move to Temecula from Oceanside after my husband served in the military for 4 years and we fell in love with this beautiful town. When I'm not spending time with my children I like to compete in triathlons, practice yoga, do karate, and just about anything that brings me outdoors. This year my personal goals include visiting Thailand, climbing mount Whitney and competing in my first full Ironman event. I have lived in Temecula for the past year and my favorite memories are always of me just sitting with a glass of wine overlooking the vineyard. It is a place where you can unwind, reflect…and just be. I have been in the hotel industry for 23 years and love the challenges every new day brings. I have had the pleasure of working with some amazing individuals, and have clients that have turned into lifelong friends. I love hearing the stories of our travelers; they have such refreshing perspectives and I am looking forward to hearing yours when you visit!

Diane Fennikoh | Catering Sales Manager

I started working in hospitality at a very young age, as my family owned a Bed and Breakfast in the Napa Valley Oak Knoll District by the time I was four. Growing up in Napa, I was able to experience hospitality first hand and loved planning events even as a little girl. My experience includes over 15 years in event and wedding planning in Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, San Francisco, and now Temecula. My passion is working with each client individually and designing their event, meeting, or program to best fit their needs, vision, and budget - not every event is exactly alike! When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends, as well as writing and acting for an Improv Comedy Masters Group. I look forward to working with you!

I have lived in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley for about 15 years. I recently joined the Embassy Suites Temecula Team after spending two years working for the Doubletree Golf Resort in San Diego. I spent my college days working as a server/bartender until I graduated from Cal State San Marcos in 2013, with a B.A. in Business Administration & Organization Management. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, traveling, going to the gym, wine tasting, and trying our new restaurants (especially if it's Chinese food or Sushi!). I try to spend as much time as I can with my fiancé & newborn son as I can, as I feel that there is nothing more important than being there for my family. I love meeting & interacting with people, and I can't wait to meet you and help set up your hotel stay here!

My culinary passions began after inhaling the scent of homemade Marinara sauce simmering all day in my neighbor's kitchens while growing up in Queens, New York. After refining my craft in some of South Florida's fine dining restaurants, I eventually made my way out to San Diego, where I opened my first take out venue restaurant. I have worked in corporate food service, as well as casinos; I was recently involved in the opening of the new Hollywood Casino in San Diego. I recently moved to Temecula with my wife and son and two dogs. I am thrilled to live so close to work and be involved with writing a new menu for the hotel's culinary operation!

 
Tina Delgado - Human Resources Coordinator

Tina Delgado | Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

I am a military spouse that has been traveling the world and expanding my knowledge in the hospitality industry. I was born in New York and raised in Miami. My adventure in Temecula began back in 2004 before moving to Okinawa, Japan in 2005, Puerto Rico in 2008, then returning to Temecula in 2011. After returning to Temecula I was hired as the Sales & Catering Coordinator at our property. For several months I also worked as a Guest Service Agent. In 2014, I was given the opportunity to work in Human Resources and I absolutely loved it! Every day was a new learning experience and I thrive on new challenges. I feel as though there is never too much that can be learned. After so many years of concentrating on our guest experience it was nice to concentrate on the team's experience. Recently, I returned to my roots and joined the Food & Beverage Department as the Outlets Manager and I am so excited to bring my F&B experience to our property. Some of my favorite things to do include traveling, scuba diving, and eating! If you are visiting Temecula you must check out some of my favorite spots: Public House, Havana Kitchen (Cuban Food in Temecula, yes please!), Karl Strauss, and Wilson Creek Winery. I look forward to seeing you when you visit us here at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Temecula Valley Wine Country!
